How many varieties of coffee do you offer?
Coffee Galore offers over 300 different coffees and single-serve drinks. We carry a range of the bigger brand you’ve come to know, and some smaller, local brews!
What types of coffee pods do you offer?
Coffee Galore sells K-cups, Nespresso Compatible Pods, and Caffitaly System Pods. We can also order your favourite Tassimo capsules (special order).
Can I buy tea at your store?
Yes. Coffee Galore also sells a wide range of teas in k-cups!
Do you offer whole and ground coffee beans?
Yes. Coffee Galore carries Muskoka and Torrie brand ground and whole bean coffee and espresso!
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No. You do not need to create and account to complete your purchase.
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay for your purchase using any major credit card.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to all of Canada?
Yes. we ship all over Canada. Certain regions and postal codes do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer. See our Shipping Page for more details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Coffee Galore offers Free Shipping for purchases over $100. See our Shipping Page for more details on exclusions.
When will my order arrive?
If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, you will receive your coffee the next day by courier. Customers outside of the GTA will be shipped using Canada Post Priority Mail and shipping times vary depending on the region. We make all efforts to have your order on its way within 24 hours!
My order did not arrive, what can I do?
Send us and email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you an update on where your order is at!
The order has arrived damaged, what can I do?
We will not ship a damaged box of coffee to you. However boxes of K-cups are easily damaged on route. If the pods are still intact, we do not refund or exchange your purchase as they are still perfectly usable. If your pods are damaged and broken open, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
The order in incomplete or incorrect, what can I do?
Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will contact you about your order.
How can I know if my order has shipped?
We make all efforts to ship your order within 24 hours. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know that it’s on its way. If you don’t receive this email within 2 days of submitting your order, contact us and we’ll quickly investigate any delays!
How can I know when my order is ready?
We will contact you by email or phone to let you know your order is ready to be picked up!
How long will take for my order to be ready?
Your order will be ready within 24 hours.
